Someone I know recommended Don Stenberg to me.

Don Stenberg did a good job in April 2023 with two appraisals for one of my clients. Reasonable prices, quick turnaround, responsive communication. I reviewed the appraisals and found the comps to be relevant with approproate adjustments for condition. While I'm sure he prefers work in the East Valley, he's willing to travel to Phoenix and Glendale.
